They are Hyur. On the Aetherochemical Research Facility you can see Thaumaturge and Conjurer clones. They are simply Hyur. On the CT storyline, you can see 2 descendants from allagan, also Hyurs. Allagan was not a race, was a civilization, an Empire.

I've been wanting to create a thread about a void race for a while now but I know someone would come in and cry about lore and all that jaz. Can't have anything nice in this game.

Also been wanting a reaper class for the longest time since ffxiv pretty much reduced dark knight to a tank. Where's mah great scythe deeps. I no like harvesting potatoes with scythes...

It's just hyur/highlander with a 3rd eye. Just give them this option as character setting.
