i220 crafted + sephirot weapon + one prototype midan ring unmelded should be around 1623 (I'm still modeling this at average i.e. 4m, 3m should have different numbers but to get that I'd have to tweak a few things and I'd rather prioritize remodeling my model so such things are trivial); no food, no party. With non-exorbitant melds in the guaranteed slots only (16 crit IV, 3 det IV), about 1658.

My spreadsheet which doesn't take TP into account and uses fracture with a regular rotation estimates an average of 1740 in reasonably penta melded crafted i220 (crit grade 3 materia in overmeld slots and grade 4 in safe slots except for SkS which is grade 4 on overmelds) and seph weapon. The spreadsheet is still a mess and there's some stuff that needs fixing. With above average crit it is possible to beat A7S. Lore weapon will push it up to about 1780 DPS.
