How on earth is "does this hat give me accuracy? yes/no" challenging? How is being at the mercy of RNG, in this case, pressing a button and missing 1/10 times, a challenge?

"Do I have enough accuracy to poke this with a stick?" isn't fun, engaging, or challenging. It's just an unnecessary gate that disallows any meaningful gearing choices. Case in point, the current state of healer accuracy.
