I actually thought the Ifrit designs looked fitting and well done, they just aren't for me. I much prefer something elegent and pretty to hellfire.

But really, good job to the designers for those pieces.

The issue is not that the designs are bad, the issue is they do not match the current game at all.

More or less I feel they look way way out of place compared to everything else.

I'd love to be able to look like Vanille or Yuna. Something more colourful and stylish but can still fit in with the clothing themes of the game. (Fur, leather, cloth, viewable jewellry/decorations)

I personally like it... yeah some seem a bit clunky but over all I think it looks fine. I want them to add more fights like this and give me glowing green weapons, I love green!

Sorry OP I don't really agree, I see nothing wrong with the styling for the most part. It looks fantasy-ish... and this is a fantasy game.

Anyway... do you really think someone in RL could carry around Clouds sword in FF7 and use it functionally? Should have started complaining back then about them making weapons that are realistically sized... I don't know but to me over the top and interesting weapons have always been a part of Final Fantasy. lol

i think the weapons are not bad and i like it how u can see that you actually put ifrits horns into the weapons, it just needs scaling down, they are just too big and look ott on the characters
