Please Remove the Materia Melding Crafter Restriction

I dislike having to change jobs multiple times to repair my own hear. When I go and click Repair All at an NPC.
(As you can tell I rarely repair my own gear at this point.)

While some may feel leveling it was easy. For me it was tedious. But I forced myself to do it. Cause I wanted everything at 50.

Now...I once my retainers and myself have gathered enough I plan to lvl them to 60. But like I said.
For ME it's tedious. Therefore it's extremely low on my "to do" list.

Don't tell me I am playing the wrong game.
I play the content I desire. I enjoy the content that I participate in.
But you have to admit this game often complicates things that do not need to be complicated.
Melding being one of them.
Glamour Grades being another.
Chocobo Racing/Breeding.
Scrips.
To name a few.
