I've been using a slightly modified version of Rath's rotation, with three covered PbP before the FS spam instead of two.

Stats: 852 Crafts, 820 Control, 470 CP (with HQ Seafood Stew)
Skills Needed: Maker's Mark, Flawless Synth, Piece by Piece, Comfort Zone, Tricks of the Trade, Byregot's Blessing, Waste Not II, Careful Synthesis II, Steady Hand II, Hasty Touch, Reclaim

With 2+8/10 successful FS (1553 progress), you can complete with 1x CS2.
With 2+7/10 successful FS (1513 progress), you can complete with 1x Standard Synth.
With 2+5/10 successful FS (1433 progress), you can complete the recipe with 2x CS2 (although at this point, you probably would have been better off using 2 PbP, 3+7/10 FS, and 3 CS2).

Two of these 12 FS are covered by SH, unless you opt to get greedy with a ToT during the opening SH.

This rotation does require one ToT.

The following is a good-enough approximation from a simulated 2* craft, albeit with two FS removed because of the progress difference, and no ToT shown in the rotation.

Note that with 469 CP and one ToT, you still have enough CP to Standard Synth at the end if you only succeed 9/12 FS.

Also, if you decide to fit a second Comfort Zone in during the FS window, I delay the WN2 until after MM2 to reapply CZ.

Yeah I noticed that you can do Three and cut down to one or two Careful synths which is interesting. I haven't dug deep enough to see if its more efficient in any way I appriciate yet ;-)

Has it been confirmed that Ingenuity II adds more quality than Innovation on a Byregot's? This is something i see alot of mixed information on.

It depends on the state (number of stacks) and the difficulty of the craft. Generally speaking, in two star crafting Ingenuity II is slightly better than Innovation. While in three star crafting Innovation is notably better than Ingenuity II.

I've always been told that Ingenuity II becomes stronger the more difficult the craft. If thats the case then why would it be slightly better in a 2star vs. 3star?

This is a common misconception. Ingenuity's effectiveness actually gets strong as the craft gets easier but because you no longer need it (after X effectiveness) BUT because easier crafts don't need Ingenuity the perception is the skill is "stronger" as things get more difficult. Statically this is NOT true. But practically speaking this is initially true as you reach the point where crafting might actually require Ingenuity, you are more likely to find it useful (than lower crafts, even though its more effective).

I've been crafting 3 star crafts for a while(~100 crafts)now with bare mininum stats(886, 821, 397, beet soup) and what works for me the best is mama+2 pbp, taking up to 2 ToT. For quality i use only sh2, taking ToT or using PT, for some reason the goods seem to come very consistenly. After the mamaphase you should have like 1309 progress, which is basically gs+ingen2+(innovqtion)+bygots, then 2x cs under ingen2. With more stats ingen1 might work out better, however i have yet to confirm the breakpoint for the ingen/craftmanehip.

Putting Ingen into Rath's rotation chopping out a carefull synth is an interesting idea. My problem is I don't see what I consider a "graceful" way of using the hasty touches since you have to cast SHII one extra time. So you loose out CP in terms of inefficiency. It does work though functionally. You basically trade inefficient CP usage for one additional hasty touch (but one+ 18 point action lost).

Is there a site which allows you to input your stats, the item want to make and allows for working out rotations to achieve it showing chance of success? I have been away for a while and forgotten much of how I used to craft, the problem is a lot of these threads discussing rotations don't take into account other peoples individual/personal gear and stats. I want to tailor the rotations and figure out the success chance based on my own current gear/stats for example on the things I want to craft.
