You're forgetting that healer ACC has not changed, while the ACC required for even the new dungeons has skyrocketed. 1 in every 3 Holies now misses, resulting in a huge chunk of lost MP (goes for almost every WHM spell).

It's obvious that these changes are SE's way to put more pressure on DPS jobs to perform...they are taking away some power from tanks and healers to prevent carrying and force DPS to do their job properly. Before 3.2 DPS were only required to do 80% of the party's total DPS while the healer and tanks carried the last 20%. Now it's more like SE is forcing DPS to do what DPS are supposed to do and give them 90% of the party's damage responsibility. Arbitrary numbers, but an example that fits into the larger picture. 3.2 starts the age when DPS need to literally "git gud" because they can't be carried anymore.
