unfortunately no changes to living dead

    tp cost changes are nice

PLD changes look good, though there will be still a moderate gap between DRK/WAR mt damage and that of a PLD, but it seems fair seeing how simple PLD is

These changes are very good, but I can also understand how they might be seen as not enough. Paladins are now at least competitive with DRK, which is a big step in the right direction. They do need to nerf WAR somehow, and/or make changes to PLD/DRK to make PLD/DRK a viable endgame combo (because even with these changes, you are still very likely to need a WAR for your group to succeed).

Can we also talk about the flat 6.25% MT DPS boost PLD is getting without the ability changes? That's pretty epic, if you ask me.

Problem is, WAR seems to be in a safe spot, while PLD seems to compete against DRK on top of Yoshi saying that Midas will be more physical focused. As a result, there is a negative scenario considered where PLD and DRK might swap places. :/

Don't think you're getting why DRK was preferred over PLD for Gordias. PLD literally couldn't do A4S in less gear. If both can do all the floors with various advantages and disadvantages, possibly having one edge out slightly over the other, then it just means that people will want the better job but will take either. It's not perfect, I'd prefer if PLD/DRK were viable, but it's not going to be the same situation as Gordias unless they somehow messed everything up again.

They could make content balance between physical and magical. Either by having one mob switching the type of tankbusters (Like in T13), or several mob with only one type of damage each.

For example (outside of raid), maybe Calcas will hit physically, Brinas will hit magically, and Calcabrina will use damage tied to the majority of dolls alive at the merge. So, if you have a DRK, you'll want to focus on Calcas first so that Calcabrina will be mainly magical.

Completely happy with these changes, though it does seem like RoH is even more useless than before (unless physical damage winds up being major in Midas Savage).

Kind of minor, but I was really expecting Spirits Within to have the weird HP scaling taken off, but oh well.
That ShO change is arguably what makes me the most excited, hands down.

Keeping 2 out of the 3 tanks deliberately deficient when dealing with physical/magical damage while the third one is just as good at dealing with either is pretty crappy.
I had hoped that they could maybe finally balance all 3 tanks somewhat equally without nerfing WAR but seems that it's just a pipedream. The tanks will never be balanced unless SE nerfs WAR so they're no longer untouchable and then they can try and come up with a metagame where one tank isnt always left out

That was with the STR meta, we still have no idea how the tank rebalancing will play out with the vit changes. So to soon to say that.

Though depending on fights moving forward it feels like PLD/DRK are situational while War can mitigate magic/physical equally well.

My main disappointment with this is now PLD functions fine as MT or OT utility-wise, whereas DRK still brings next-to-nothing as an OT, which is a big deal no matter how people try and play it down.
