Monk's already a well-requested DPS, though, especially if it has an especially high (skill-gap or ilvl) lead over the other DPS. The redundancy of the INT down debuff between Del and DK was usually too small of an issue to forgo their individually high dps. (Though at the same time, I wonder why they still haven't changed Delirium to allow it to at least be present at the same time as Dragon Kick, without stacking.)
Monk still gets no TP adjustments, relying on between-phase Purification, or QoL changes. Same to DRG, which at 2.4 GCD, is a substantial TP hog itself.
So many of these changes (see: AST) just seem really half-assed. A lot of them I'm grateful for, but just, as a whole... kind of sketchy.
