While I want a system that gives players feedback on their play. I don't think blanket numbers for an entire dungeon are very good. You can get a lot of misinformation from it. If you are doing big pulls, the SMN will do better than the MNK for example. But a bad SMN might do slightly less and still think they did quite well.

Maybe if it gave you a percentile compared to others in the same job, but then you would have to account for ilvl differences, and synced/unsynced. The fflogs bossfight/percentile method is a little better in that regard. I'm for more of the right information.

I did like the DCUO method of this, where you could check the board throughout the run then you knew, I can do this much damage on trash, and this much on the boss. You also got to see things like healing out and damage in. So you could figure out what worked best with each scenario.

Damage in would be a big help. For example, last night I had a run where if I even stepped into Cleric Stance, people were almost dying. For them to be able to see things like the damage they did, and the damage they took, it would help their game play. If they can say, "Hey, that other DRG did about the same damage as me, but took only half as much damage as me... maybe I can dodge more"
To be able to see how much of a difference healers can make if they don't force them to heal non-stop would be greatly beneficial too.
