    Spamming the Standard action.

I love to look at the equip i made and see every mat i used on it.
    It's so realistic.
But the 2h that it takes me to craft an item in game, i could use to make myself a sweater, or something.
Then i would stop and admire every single thread on it.
    Just like FFXIV!
it's by far the most involved crafting system in any mmo i have ever played. the spamming of standard is part of what i was talking about needed to be fixed in the mini game. the overbearing luck factor was another thing that needed to be worked on.

the process involved in hq'ing finished items was a nice process and quite enjoyable for people that do craft.

it's funny people complain about spamming standard to rank up crafting but they are wiling to group up and grind with battle classes and kill mob after mob doing the exact same thing.

We can talk about the way certain battle systems are broke, certain abilities do not work, and other issues with the battle system as well Sagagemini. So they both have issues. I may be mistaken but from your post you appear to be unhappy with how you craft. That is your issues with SE not ours. If your spaming standard, thats your choice. There are plenty of crafting abilities that add to the process, as well as ways to help create better odd for HQ items.

Now please explain how your post has any logical connection to the topic. All your doing is trolling.

Whether you like it or not, some of us do. And any those who do craft and dislike it, they are entitled to there opinion of it. That being said, they still are citizens of Earoza and should be permited to all aspects of the game as an active playing class.

To obtain a chocobo from a Grand Company, you are required to pledge your full allegiance to their cause, and to do that you must have achieved level 25 in any Discipline of War or Magic.

    Thanks Bayohne.

Well, crafters and gatherers - looks like you're going to have to spend about 4 hours of your life leveling a fighting class.

Let the Rage Quit threats commence!

... actually, instead of that, can I preemptively recommend my Power-leveling services on Besaid server? I love crafters and we could work out a reasonable deal ^^

Since crafting leves never interefered with battle leves it would have seemed a bit of a waste for crafters not to take time out to smell the roses, or rather, kill the marmots. If they never bothered... well... where do they get the shards, gil and some of the materials from?

You'll probably find a lot of crafters do have a reasonably well ranked battle class

So, we, crafters, do have no right to get our own chocobo. Thank you for clear this out.

You have the exact same right everyone else does to get a chocobo, actually.

Only leatherwork require farming on hide, the rest of other crafting classes can work with gathering class only.

no the full time crafters and gatherers do not. if you only have one class capped and it is a con and another person has only one class capped and it is a weaver then you have the right to get into the company and get a chocobo, but the other does not. your one class has the right to get one and the others class has the responsibility to rank another class to get one.

Sure they do. They are only 'full time' because they've made that choice.

It would be like there being awesome crafter content released, and someone who only levels up DOM/W bitching b/c they can't get access to something that they've never put any real work into. Doesn't make sense.

Both classes have the exact same rights to get the chocobo. You don't get one just b/c you are of a certain rank, you get one by promising service to one of the grand companies. It's entirely reasonable for them to prefer the services of people who can actually fight in the upcoming conflict, yaknow.
