Even the good STR tanks still have less HP than VIT tanks, which means more spikey health bar. A vitality tank can take 5k more damage before I have to heal them (for 5k more), which means the intervals in and out of CS are longer and/or more flexible. Less sweating to optimize dot uptime, also less overhealing in case cures crit because I don't need to fill the tank's HP bar to full to have time to dps. In essence, the "I only heal and my job is just to keep the tank alive" healers will not experience any changes in how they play because they are 100% focused on the tank anyway, but healers who like to dps will be able to find more windows of opportunity for it. This does indeed make me happy!

TLDR; The minimum healing requirement won't change but maximizing your potential as healer will be easier.
