So, yes, I have to remind myself to enter my estate now and then. Even if I'm gardening every day, it's actually entering the house that stops demolition anyway. So I wouldn't assume I'm not "using" my estate just because I'm not using the actual building. I'm not using the actual house btw and never have. There isn't a single piece of furniture in it even after all this time.

Congratulations on detecting sarcasm. Achievement unlocked! As for a GM coming down on me, yeah good luck with that since a) I'm not really selling my house anyway (obviously) b) there is still no official word that house selling is a rule violation and c) I don't really care.

Well good luck to you trying to take on a GM if they happens cause SE will most likely back them up instead of you. People were making joke PFs saying they were selling houses when in fact they weren't or even had a house and were still getting warnings on their account.

I actually thought Diadem was fun personally. It was the communities negative attitude towards it that made it less and less enjoyable.

I liked Diadem for about 5 times, but after that I couldn't handle running it anymore due to how it was basically just beating monsters up for hours. That being said, I actually find HM pretty fun when there are two or so competent parties, since it's just the right amount of challenge.
