I generally don't save enough CP to use reclaim with. I try to use all that I can on adding quality, converting hasties into precise/basic, restoring durability, and I generally have enough luck with those hasties that even a couple failures generally gets me at a decent chance to HQ.

Getting a NQ LTW OH tool at 86% sucked though.
