Hardcore is not a dirty word

I have a great idea.

Instead of changing this game to cater for hardcore or casuals, why don't we take the third choice:

A game that's fun and enjoyable to play.

Which it is.

Is that why the servers cant hold the amount of people trying to log in as we type right now ?
