The arrogance of some people

Because this game is not WoW or Rift. It's a different game and a different mentality may apply.

Doesn't matter we never had this mentality until after final coil, then everyone has this mentality or well most of the hardcore no life do as i say because ive done higher content then you type of people...those who think their special, i have learnt people dont like they are doing their job wrong, instead of saying to the healers "DO DPS U SUCK AT HEALER IF YOU DONT", they could ask "Healer could you please help dps" if you ask nicely then healers will dps.

Healing and dps is not about skill but about confidence, people only do what they feel comfortable.

This game would be better off without lazy garbage-tier healers who stand there doing nothing but a heal every 10 seconds. Every time i get one in a roulette with me i'll stand in every AoE just to make them work more.

Then ill vote kick you for being a jackass, if they are being "lazy" just as nicely for them to dps, rather then standing in more aoes making the tanks job harder because your now dying so he has to control the mobs more to keep you safe...

Healing and DPS do come with a bit of skill to say they dont is a lie.

Obviously speaking it takes more skill to know when to dps and when to heal.

I love healers that wants to heal only and scream "DPS is optional11!1!" but they are the first to initiate a vote kick when other classes are not playing optimally. haha

Ok skill might help but if the player is not very confident at healing then they can have all the skill they want they will still only do what they feel comfortable doing. i noticed lots healers who are not very confident in their role, yet no one complains when they do not dps.

My main role is Healer but when i tank or dps i consider the healer maybe not be as good as me, so i take steps to make their job easier for them, maybe other players should do the same and be more considerate to player not as good as them at those roles?

It's more the mentality of players who are absolutely tired of healers being a lazy deadweight when the rest of the party is atleast TRYING to play their role effectively.
