As it is now our male and female chars are alike cause they are restricted to certain gender locked emotes etc.
If we get everything we wont be seeing everyone doing the same thing everyone has, it means there is more to choose from, therefore it creates a diverse population - I donät see this being conforming, same or unform in any way

Everyone having everything is more akin to homogenization than it is diversity. It makes everyone alike in the sense that they all have the exact same options instead of some options differing based on the gender, class, or race of the character.

The sad thing is with things, is someone will always like it and someone will always hate it. If you change it to help the ones who hate it, you changed it for those who liked that version...there isn't win win.

I would consider both dances for both genders to choose from a pretty big win win

Why do u need to have gender locked things? Does it bother you that irl boys can do everything girls can do and vice versa so you need that pointless restriction ingame??
Since so many ppl are 'the sundrop is based of a real dance' why does this bother so many to let everyone do everything like actually irl??

It's not a restriction it's giving genders more identity. What you are suggesting will take away from that there will no longer be any difference between females and males and there are far more pressing issues the devs need to focus on rather than some whiners such as yourself getting pissy because they can't have everything, so again i ask any more bright ideas you'd like to suggest?.

Actually our characters don't really have an identity other than WOL status. Giving us gender identities won't really do much or even matter since everyone is open to anything except glamour, but if we could all wear the same armor and gear that'd be more options for or characters giving the devs something flexible they can work with in the future.

I'd also like to suggest taking the "Devs should work on something else" statements and use them to make your own threads (in fact unless your a dev member you have no say in the matter). If you don't like general Discussion threads then why are you even here? (not just saying it to wolfe)

This is a great attitude to have.
The "everything should be the same for everyone" crowd is uniquely strange. I'm not sure if they want a game full of life and vigor, or a grey cubicle simulator.

And I reeeeally find the 'certain stuff for certain gender' uniquely strange and really don't understand this at all. Why is a game where females can only do stuff x and males only stuff y full of life and vigor while a game where females and males can do both x&y if they choose a grey cubicle simulator? Why would mix and match as you please be boring? I find such restrictions kinda obsolete since irl both genders can do pretty much anything and it makes the world the opposite of a grey cubicle.
In the case I understood it wrong: it's not about give everyone the same thing. It's about give everyone both so they can choose.

So it DOES bother you the oppostite of your gender CAN actually do what yours can irl - why is that? And why do you need a gender identity in a game? You look at your char and BOOM you know it's female. You wont get a gender identity crisis when you're able to do a weapon idle stance that was restricted to dudes.

Nobody is saying THIS is a pressing issue that needs so be changed asap - it's a thing that we'd like to have changed sometime - giving feedback is a thing, you know?
