People undercutting me at the MB diminishes my game play, someone please ban them.

Also, where is the full "tosh" (I assume you mean ToS)? Google didn't give me anything beyond the original, which was last updated before housing was a thing.

the tos loads up when you first load on and have to accept it. When you scroll down to harrassment there are 2 paragraphs one on basic player harrassment such as foul langue, etc etc then there is a sub section after that listing grief tatics that are against the rules. Monopolizations of game features are one of them.

Aka one player/or group trying to control an aspect of the game to prevent players from partaking in its use with out following said groups rules. having 1 person or one group of players buy up plots and sell @ 1000% mark up is a grief tatic.

also just to be clear, there is no such thing as undercutting in an mmo, people use the term and honestly don't understand what it really means. to reliquish the property you tear down the house.

Undercutting is selling an item under its networth based on production value. This is more seen in markets where a merchent makes and agreement to a craftsmen to sell his wares, then sells it under value increasiong their profit but lowering the profit of the craftsmen who would in most cases get 10% profit.

example you make a pot from fine materials i agree to sell it for you @ 10% the pot is worth $50 whuch you would get $5 back. (id my math is correct) but i inturn sell it for $1 you get get 10 cents back while i rake in 90 i sell 100 pots, you at most get a $1 while i get way more.


in a free market much more in MMO its competitive pricing based on 2 factors of personal worth and supply vs demand. If items are in low demand they sell for less. If items are in high demend but have stable supply to meet it, the price is more stable. if the items are in high demand but short supply they are priced higher.

gotta price accordingly to supply/demand.


ALSO you CAN trade houses

the house aka the permit it buyable on the market board, able to trade between players. what your reliquishing is the LAND not the house.
