Is this a Playstation thing? When I enter name/password, the play button turns green and I hit it. After that game loads in full screen, I click start, select character, then confirm. There's never a ToS that I see.

it isn't a playstation thing, when you first install the game with no settings file you get a user agreement you have to click to accept. this is on all platforms
