Man, there's a lot of schadenfreude about this whole thing.

Were, tons of vultures supported an unfair decay system that has no place and is soon to prove it will fix absolutely nothing. Only good thing that has come out of it is a placebo effect for the vultures, thinking they are going to have "chances" seem to ease them.

Meanwhile, we house owners can`t even take a fair break from the game (even more justified with the overall status of the game right now) and we playing against clock, which btw was implemed AFTER we had bought our properties, a rule change of this magnitude might have been well implemented on new plots/wards, but not on older ones, how many players with a house now would haven`t bought one if they had knew they were going to compete against such a thing?

For all those reasons, im going to enjoy with a grin to see the "no housing aviable" threads come back. And see the vultures suffering about it.

What you mean you can't take a fair break? What you suppose is a fair break 2,3,6 months? 45 days is plenty most people don't even get half that amount of break from their job. One patch period is the consesus. The game can change a lot from one patch to the other. Thats 3 months aprox.

And no, that houses are a limited resource isn`t a good argument, in fact, supporting this decay system and it being implemented literally gave SE excuses forever to ever implement a proper housing system that is affordable and can take all the playerbase.

The consesus[sic] with who, exactly? I certainly don't remember a playerbase-wide survey or anything.

It's beyond belief that they will not expand the housing wards to accommodate more houses. It's very unfair to lock so many players out of housing because they can't be bothered to expand it.

They actually just announced on the Live Letter that there will be more housing wards added in 3.2, with an Ishgard neighbourhood sometime after 3.3.

New wards are in 3.3 not 3.2 - public housing sometime after that... so there is probably a minimum of 4-5 months before new wards.
