This is a straight up farce of a thread and the enablers posting make it all the more absurd.

I suppose the concept of "teamwork" is alien to these folks because they put their parses above, you know, keeping people alive long enough to finish a fight.

Adding in some damage is fine when the situation allows it. Doing so at the expense of others' HP should get you kicked from the group. That word "efficiency" doesn't mean what you think it means.
