So for any of the serious raids, you're not gonna be maintaining Huton just from AC. You're going to want to wait for Ninjutsu to come off CD. I guess in A1 and A2 you can AC your way to not needing it, and it's not like any of the non-Savage raids need max DPS anyway...
An encounter where you zone right in would fall inline with doing Trials or Primals.. you're not saying anything much different than the previous poster.
