Is the Duty Finder working as it should?

While queue times have increased, we have seen no indication that the Duty Finder is experiencing any matching issues since the release of Patch 3.1. For the Void Ark specifically, we're seeing longer wait times for tanks and healers. As Void Ark offers iLv 200 gear, we assume that many players are queuing up to earn gear for their secondary roles which seems to often be tanks. For now, we would suggest forming a full party via Party Finder, or as an alliance, to help alleviate this for the time being.

Also, as mentioned in the Patch 3.1 notes, currently there is a known issue with the Duty Finder display where each of the roles are showing up as 0. Please note that this is only a display error, and the matching process is functioning correctly. The dev. team is currently investigating this issue.

We'll continue to monitor the situation and if we spot any issues or irregularities, we'll be sure to follow up.

I'm waiting nearly an hour (and counting) for low level. I don't expect the queue to pop instantly but I don't think I've ever waited more than 30 mins:

Hmm. The only roulette I've had trouble with is Expert. I've run the level 50 roulette in particular a few times with no longer wait times than usual......

Except that nobody joins the Party Finder group because they can get instant queues going in solo. Do you guys actually test playing the game when you release new content, or just look at numbers on a computer screen all day? Might be time to hire a QA team. Even DPS queues don't approach 4 hours for played content, while it is doing so for tanks. Even during prime times of the day!

Check out Roulettes, there is definitely something wrong with them. For example Levelling Roulette before patch with Machinist took 5-15min max, post-patch its 60-90min. It's so bad that i need to apply almost 2 hours before i actually got time to play just to do the content. With all the new people coming back after the patch release wait times should be if not lower certainly not 10 times longer.

Thanks for getting back to us Zhexos, but if SE does not see the problem with the duty Roulette than your not seeing what the rest of us are. I can get into the two new dungeons without the roulette as a healing in under 5 minutes but with the roulette it take 40 minutes to over an hour. With the roulette the way it is now it would be faster to run the dungeon 2 times without the roulette than to try once with it. If that's not a problem than I cant see my self wanting to do them at all.

Yes I don't see my role in the que but that's not the problem it's that it takes to long as a healer to even try anymore. I hope SE can see what the rest of us are talking about soon.
