The view I actually AM enforcing is that the majority rules, which is a valid concept in real life. I'm ready and willing to go by ANY pace the party as a whole wants, but I'm NOT willing to just sit back and let the tank decide against the wishes of 3 other people.
"I'm not forcing my views on others, but I am in the majority, and that means I'm always right." You're so blind to your own contradictions you basically negated your entire stance.

It is impossible to confirm that everyone in the party wants what you want when nobody communicates. Yes, I keep bringing that up, because so long as you cannot prove that the majority always tacitly desires big pulls, anything else you try to say on the matter is pointless and entirely off-topic. And frankly, nobody cares what happens between your thighs when the tank pulls big.

The tank is allowed to decide run speed in the absence of communication or consensus, because they're the only one who should be pulling. Ideally, the party moves at the speed all four of them can agree upon. If you refuse to take the time to work on that with your party, you are tacitly agreeing to whatever happens, slow or fast.

I'll just leave the part of my last post here that you obviously skipped over:

I know my own stance on the topic. When one dps says "I'm not gonna attack unless you pull more than 2 monsters, tank" and the other is already off pulling the other monsters, I can safely assume 3 of us want bigger pulls.
Same when BOTH run off to grab more monsters.

Also, there is no "right" or "wrong" about big vs. small pulls and I never argued that either. It's about what people enjoy or don't enjoy (if we stay in the boundaries of what is actually possible). Oh, and btw, enjoyment is something experienced in your HEAD, so I'm not gonna go down to your appearent level

Hate to break it to you, but both the troll behavior and rude demand-making you describe are forms of communication. So you still can't prove yourself to be in the majority without it.

I agreed ninja pulling was bad and that communication makes everything better from the very start of this thread. We don't need to go on and on about that for 30 pages, that much is pretty self-explanatory.
If you consider dps running off and grabbing more mobs a form of communication then all is well though, isn't it? Because in that case, the OP and his party were communicating rather well...

No, seriously, if the dps increase the size of the pull against the tank's will and I know I agree with them, then I know 3 people want an increase in pull-size without one single word spoken. I'm not saying this is the case in 100% of all runs. Of course, I don't demand anything when it is not clear what the majority wants or when I'm part of the minority (already said that before though). But when it is clear, it's selfish of the tank to enforce his speed and pull-size on a party that made it obvious they want a faster run/bigger pull.
