I'm *still* used to refreshing between pulls because before armor crush that's what you did.
I'd rather the tank focus on his/her role instead of worrying about my cooldowns since I control when I use my skills. If I go as nin, same thing, I will take responsibility for my own cooldowns and adjust according to the pace of the tank and healer.
I think the most obstructive thing for my cooldowns is when other summoners are in pt because stuff dies so fast I waste my skills. Still, this is not a bad thing and nothing I would ask another player to adjust their routine for, its just fun learning new ways to cast when stuff changes.
Strix: "Behold this collection of grimoires of legend! Feel their power and puissance, and let it fill you with rapturous pleasure...then DIE!"

Hai! I'm Vahl, in ur mmorpgs, sort'n my inventory and putt'n 2 many H's in my name since FFXI..FFXIV Inventory Tetris Champ

There's an old saying for this. You spank it you tank it.Each time I get in heavensward's dungeons, a dps or more ofter the healer (yeah the healer) just go foward and pull the mobs before me. I tell them not to, they get mad and start blabbering things like he doesn't have time for this and I should be pulling more. I am not a bad tank, in fact, I usually don't have issue with more bobs at once.
My point is I should be the one getting them and not the others just because they want ultra fast clear. I like taking time and not having a cluster hell in front of me. Why people needs to always be super fast with everythings and not actually enjoy the game? Playing a game or a MMO shouldn't be at any time a chore.
Peoples seems to forget that video games is for fun, not stats/numbers.
As a healer I personally just stand in the back waiting, since I am a squishy potato.
Not that anyone other than the tank should be pulling, but is there an actual defense to making pulls far below the group's ability to handle? Slightly smaller pulls for safety concerns maybe, but 2-3 when the group can easily handle 5-6 I don't understand the reasoning behind it. It's inefficient, it's slow, and it voids the instance of any challenge at all. I haven't read through every post in this thread so maybe I've missed it, but is there a reason other than I'm the tank, I set the pace, if I want to pull slowly because I feel like it then that's what we're going to do?
Yes, there is. And this thread has been going in loops for a while now saying the same things back and forth.

Because sometimes the tank does not know the group can easily handle 5-6?Not that anyone other than the tank should be pulling, but is there an actual defense to making pulls far below the group's ability to handle? Besides, unless the group can do decent AoE damage it actually isn't any faster doing large pulls.
Pull ends -> Stoneskin tank -> Sprint.

Do you stop to cast Stoneskin on yourself between each pull?
Do you stop to talk to your friend or pet your cat IRL?
Speaking as a Healer, I'll pull if the tank stands there and does nothing or casts a spell no one needs.
I give you a good 15-20 seconds.
I love how your post is like "wah i want people to do dungeons my way" but you seem to pay no mind to how others want to do a dungeon.
Edit: Also not sure what crappy healers you're running with that can't tank a pull, or heal a DPS who pulls while you pout and sulk in a corner cause you didn't do your job quick enough so someone else who was bored did.
