BRD(when it comes out), and other buffs could be effected by CHR. AGI and DEX doesn't have to be evasion/acc. As the definition i stated above again, DEX could be mainly used for DOH. I don't wanna start an argument or anything(even though one has started). Again if they wanted to streamline it, they would have had auto attack during launch. Thats a different subject all together though.
