Have you gated upgrade parts behind Hunts AGAIN, SE!?

Fallen behind..what?
If you werent running savage to begin with and dont plan to in order obtain the coats/dip that way what do you even need upgraded gear for? The only thing really gated by gear progression are end game raids

I just really wish I could actually avoid hunts without feeling like I'm falling behind, like I'm dragging my feet when everyone else in the group is putting up with hunts to progress through the content.

They clearly want 210 gear upgrades. They're technically behind because they weren't doing the content in which the upgrades were originally released in.
