You can also do your daily hunt marks and use the centrino seal to buy the tomes I believe. I'll have to reread though.

Also, you can now get 210 gear from Alex Savage, Upgraded Eso, and Diadiem, so its not like peoples options are limited enough for rage anyway.

You can. It's still 110/day + 100 from Weekly Elite.

3 Mark Logs every 2 weeks at least.

Not they havent, run savage if you dont wanna hunt. NOTHING is "gated" behind hunts. Should be happy non raiders even get a chance at anything "but i dont wanna run sav or hunt" sounds self inflicted to me then doesnt it?

If you werent running savage to begin with and dont plan to in order obtain the coats/dip that way what do you even need upgraded gear for? The only thing really gated by gear progression are end game raids

Like everyone else has said, they are NOT gated by Hunts. They're going to be available in Void Ark and are already available through Savage. Not to mention the fact, that the item available through Hunts is accessories only.
