    It has no GCD anymore and can no longer interrupt your combos. It is literally free threat + damage.

    Paladins got two buffs from Shield Swipe:
    1. Literally Free Damage and Threat.
    2. No longer breaks your combo chains.

    Sheild swipe never broke combos. You're thinking about Shield bash.
