MMhmmm yep i agree since you know a fail in savage can be the end of the world or you know a lil wasted time is something that can kill ppl in real life. Do lazy ppl exist yep sir they sure do but calling someone lazy will not help you in game or in real life and you know ppl don't respond well to it but as said i'm not going to get into all thatSo if someone's lazy we should call them what? The line between blunt and rude is a fine one, but it exists; if you're being lazy or bad I'm not gonna feel bad for describing you accurately. Or do lazy people just not exist?
Again, this is a topic about savage. Not dungeons. I don't care if you wanna spam freeze in a dungeon. I'll roll my eyes and go on with my life. But if you try that in savage you're wasting everyone's time, including your own.
Reminder: Work != Job
Work is effort, either physical or intellectual, put towards a task or goal in order to achieve said task or goal.
Learning rotations, mechanics, and how to properly play your class is technically work in a sense. One who refuses to do so and expects to be carried is lazy and should not be carried or assisted unless they put forth the effort (work) to improve themselves in end-tier gameplay.
To those of you thinking that this applies only to "hardcore" or high end content:
I'm sorry, you're wrong. Being polite and helpful with a modicum of tolerance applies to *all* interactions in co-op play.
You still aren't providing proof you are just speaking nonsense. FFXI was forced because you either leveled to do the story or you did nothing no one ever logged on just to be a crafter. Here's the Back up I am raiding you are not. You never even completed Coil so how can you actually speak on something you don't do? I'm speaking from experience not my dick. Using phrases like "Blanket assumptions" won't help you sound more valid or discredit me. You still remain the exact type of player i'm talking about speak from experience not emotions then maybe we can have reasonable chat. All i'm hearing from you are excuses yet you are telling me i'm wrong.Not once in ff11 was i felt forced to do endgame which is what you tried to claim. You also claimed that its the console ff fans fault for not knowing how to play in groups, whixch ff11 was very group centric mmo like wow was not. So instead of the dick measuring and blacket assumption about about back them up?
Also to be clear, My previous account had 2 character who had level 60 jobs, I never got a chance to do coil, but id like to do Alex savaage.
Okay then you can win this imaginary debate you are trying to hold.

Funnily enough, that reason is why I have any tolerance.
"Omg these people are such bloody morons... At least after this run I won't have to deal with them again." - common thought after one ignores instructions.
Forced to do endgame isn't what I'd call ffxi, even if you could call the situation uneven for some jobs, there were a lot more choices. There were quite a few activities you could do in ffxi that are not what this community would describe as "endgame". Hell, if you weren't a crafter you ended up regretting it when the need for a big purchase came.You still aren't providing proof you are just speaking nonsense. The problem was getting others to do the story with you, especially if you arrived late.

Aw man not the Japanese again.
Technically, Work is a force applied over the distance an object moves, as defined by the equation W = Fd, where F is in Newtons and d is in meters. It's the 90% of the general population that is ignorant to what true work is :P
