I leveled AST to 60 first before any other class when it first came out. The vault gave me zero problems after learning the mechanics. Are we seriously going to nerf something because the players do not want to learn the fights or even how to play???I remember leveling Astro months back and trying to do the Vault. Let's just say I'm having some PTSD flashbacks to DPS who decided it's a good idea to stand in everything bad, and not break chains. This was made even worse by the fact that Astro, at the time, was not very good. I imagine it's still hard if people mess up that bad.
Yes.
Look at Steps Of Faith.....My Steps Of Faith, I'm sorry.
AS a healer it is IMPOSSIBLE to go long with no issues unless you did like 2 runs and got perfect DPS. and never went back. are you SURE about that?
I've done an Ast through the Vault post Ast buff, I was worried about the last boss and it's tough at first because I'm the first to admit I'm below average to average when it comes to being a healer. But, if people do the mechanics and break chains reasonably well he's actually not that bad. After healing it several times you start to notice the boss has a very clear ebb and flow to his damage that gives you enough time to get people topped off, Diurnal sect also helps a lot.
I actually managed to clear Vault my first time healing in it even with the lag when mechanics happened. During that run, all of us were new except the tank who explained the mechanics to us. I never really had much problems with it unless people are repeatedly goofing up.
I actually got used to the dungeon after 2-3 runs, but when you get a lot of runs of dps not moving out of AOEs and getting hit by the statues for example, making you consume far more MP then you should it begs the questions of what i asked. You your self may have 0 problems, but your team creates problems, Maybe i simply came off wrong? i dunno.I've done an Ast through the Vault post Ast buff, I was worried about the last boss and it's tough at first because I'm the first to admit I'm below average to average when it comes to being a healer. The Vault is hard only the first time you do it. Of course when DPS players stand in poop the fight can get stinky.I've done an Ast through the Vault post Ast buff, I was worried about the last boss and it's tough at first because I'm the first to admit I'm below average to average when it comes to being a healer. On the a lil bit positive side - it seems like most of the players have finally learned how to remove the chain... Not looking forward to the nerf.
Or, they are looking into Dungeons and Trials where most Parties disbanded. Oh, wait. Many people are already leaving after the first Wipe.
So actually, it seems the Content IS to hard for THEM to do. Else, they wouldn't leave the party, right?
