Probably way under geared, wearing full VIT and/or pulling in dps stance, which is what I see is the worst offender nowadays and I'll bet that is what happened there. Pulling without tank stance is a no-no when you have blm/drg around and healers with burst DPS. If they actually pull correctly, they can establish a lead in their opener because of the tank stance, and they'll be fine to swap from tank to dps.

But that isn't always the case in DF land. What really happens is these subpar tanks probably are used to slower dps, and or healers that don't do anything but stand and heal so they get used to this "Oh it looks like I can pull out of tank stance, or stay out of it most of the time" mentality. So when really good DPS including bursty healers show up, and now with higher than i200+ goodness they end up wetting their pants losing aggro. It's not our fault, it's them getting used to being careless.
