Clearly, the best Final Fantasy character is Locke Cole.
Glamour is TRUE ENDGAME
Why thank you, I rock the roll by pretending I have an IQ of 9 also.
Agreed. The masculine glamours in this game are sadly lacking. Yes, there are masculine items in the game but not nearly as many as females. And mages get extra boned, because they have even less masculine options due to their class. I know some people like unisex or feminine glamours on their males, but this thread is not about liking those options. This thread is about asking for MORE masculine glamours. New masculine glamours don't even need to be locked to males imo. I personally just want more basic/clean/not complex with bobbles hanging off every which way masculine outfits that all jobs can wear. And dear gods no more flood pants.
I do not consider unisex as "male" style. Unisex is boring. While there are countless options for females I feel too that the "male" oriented glamours are really limited. Ofc this matter is not objective but subjective but all the new gear that comes out is more "unisex" styled than really male or female. The boring "new" Ark gear is an old refresh of unisex styled gears. The eso gear is more unisex too. I want glamours that you can't even imagine a female can wear. Unisex style with "breast" and waist modifications is not a male or female only gear but rather a unisex style. It's obvious they are cutting out costs and developing time by designing more unisex styles which will require few modifications to be weared by male or female. I want more new "manly" styles. I know there are some good old but we need new ones too.
'Masculine' is subjective, but honestly, I see threads all of the time asking for more feminine male outfits.
Maybe SE just need to add more glamour items altogether? It would be nice if they could add more both 'masculine' and 'feminine' items for both genders.
I am not
sure what you
are talking about
in this thread.

OH thats hot ^.^= i have never seen that gear before.
I'm not guy but I LIKE the variety of gear out there for guys. What defines masculinity is subjective for most people.
Reads the forums often...rarely post
im not the op but i agree with his sentiment. for what it's worth, neither of those strike me as masculine. wearing only a speedo strikes me as too european (im from southern california. we go swimming a lot. not even our homosexuals wear speedos.) and a black suit and clean haircut is formal attire only.
a real masculine look to me is less of a style and more of a lack of a style. a masculine look is when function dictates form. the clothes you wear are dictated wholly by the actions you intend to take. you aren't to look pretty, you are here to get shit done. it takes a masculine man at most 15 minutes to get ready in the morning. any longer than that and he's either sleeping in the shower or i start making character judgments.
So low level gear? It lacks style, it's boring, it's easy to put on, easy to obtain and to easy to go out in.a real masculine look to me is less of a style and more of a lack of a style. a masculine look is when function dictates form. the clothes you wear are dictated wholly by the actions you intend to take. you aren't to look pretty, you are here to get shit done. it takes a masculine man at most 15 minutes to get ready in the morning. any longer than that and he's either sleeping in the shower or i start making character judgments.

low level gear is lower in visual quality too. there are some good sets for high level characters. they're called tank sets. the war set looks great. the drk set looks great. the pld set looks pretty good but i think it looks a little goofy. these are well-designed sets. i did prefer AF1 to AF2 for PLDs because AF2 for plds looks too idk, like it has a cape that's artificially stapled to your ass. WAR armor consistently looks like something a fighter might wear. it has plate and fur to keep you warm. DRK gear this time around really matches the lore of the class in that you're so tired with the nonsense surrounding being a hero that you've ceased bothering to repair your armor so now its all rusty and falling apart. So low level gear? It lacks style, it's easy to put on, easy to obtain and to go out in.
I prefer my high level stuff to be more out there and creative than being stuck to making specific masculine gear for men. I like the pretty and out there fantasy themed gear on my dragonboy.
summoner gear on the other hand makes you look like you're intentionally inviting sexual attention. not a real big fan of the summoner set this time around. bare midriff, random butt wings, looks less like something you'd wear in a fight and more like something else.
