Ah is there a list of items that will and will not be returned then?
P.S. I'd like to know as I might consider letting my house go, but I'd rather not lose a large part of the investment. I don't use it that often and would rather someone had it that will.

When you look at some furnishings, some of them will say that they can not be removed once placed. Also, anything that actually slots into the home as a "fixture"(I believe is the term used), such as walls and floors. Someone else gave a fairly decent list already in reply to you.

Just didn't want to wait til I got home to make a mental list is all. /shrugWhen you look at some furnishings, some of them will say that they can not be removed once placed. Anything that is in your house or yard that is bound to the property. Example. All the fancy garden stuff from primal fights etc such as Savage Arc Of Triumph. Inside. Ceiling lights. Things such as Armoire or Cooking stove, Smithing Bench. They all tell you when you place them that they cannot be retrieved. If you want a list, you will have to do a little work but you can at least FIND what you have and see if it is retrievable but, head here. http://en.ff14housing.com/ Or, just go in your house and try to take something out of it. if it let's you, you will if not, it'll tell you it will be lost AND it will tell you then ask you to confirm.
