I wonder if they will factor house sharing into private properties? Would be only fair if they did.

45 days is more than enough... this just means people cant unsubscribe for 90 days anymore only coming back for new content.

Those are still "active" players who paid for a game/expansion and will pay again to play. The problem is the people who actually LEFT the game and still own houses. Many of my guild mates, for job trips (for example US Army workers) , long vacations (kids-youngers), have stop playing for even 90 days and then come back later- many of they owns really expensive stuff in their houses.

Not saying its the best, but at least they would still be able to get those things back within a reasonable period. 3 months is quite a while.

Not all items will be returned. In fact, some of the most expensive items will be destroyed. The mail box on my property costs over 15m on my server, and will be destroyed if my house is demolished.

Paying for one month of sub every 90 days is not an "active" player.
