Exactly hos is the raid tier exclusive? The story is the same, the gear looks the same (bar being dyable). The ilvl will be common in five weeks.
You know the gearing progression in this game is one of the worst in the industry, but keep falling back to this point of "you don't need to." Good luck getting on a raid team
