That is true. If I remember correctly, FHD basically means 1080p, which very few console games run at (If any. I can't think of any off the top of my head). But to be honest, HD and FHD are pointless marketing terms anyways.

Metal Gear Solid 4 is native 1080P, as is a handful of PSN games. FFXIII was originally touted as such, but was changed before release.
