Also, the Crystal Tools engine wasn't even finished in 2005, there's no way that's running in-game. It's likely that prerendered cutscenes (a specialty of S-E) were one of the first things locked down in Crystal Tools, which they then used to show off their engine.
That is true. If I remember correctly, FHD basically means 1080p, which very few console games run at (If any. I can't think of any off the top of my head). But to be honest, HD and FHD are pointless marketing terms anyways.
