Terrible in what way? Players having to actually improve and being held accountable when they decide to do group content? Yes, there are plenty of players that do not care about their dps. They know that no matter what, they will be able to complete whatever they are doing either due to the content just not being challenging enough or because they know they will be able to get carried. The problem is that unless the OPs suggestion has some meaningful reward at the end, it'll be content that is ignored.
