The only issue I would have with this, is that you're using demo immediately right after the first demo, you're going demo -> snap -> snap -> DK -> Tws --> Demo. The only benefit I can see with that is that youll get battle litany and trick attack(assuming you have any of them in your party)buffs for that demo, but at the cost of half if not a little more of the whole demo ticking potency, I dont think its worth that.question, generally i go with this rotation just to check will it work? its mostly similar to the traditional 3.0 ver, just that:
TS>Demo>PB>Snap>B4B>Snap>pot>DK>ST>TS>(the close range stun)>Demo>Forbidden>ToD>Howling>BS>EF>True>Snap>Refresh as necessary
I went with stance dance to the 2nd form, so that I can twin snake, for the damage buff. There's a few cons i think, just that I picked it up from someone and I found it preferable to the traditional one @_@"
About openers, I personally feel that openers are important and one should optimize it as best as possible but if its within 25-50 potency of the best one, that will do, whatever feels smooth to you.
You can use this video as reference if you want. To either note down what I do or you can link the video in your main post.
Only thing to note is my bard and I are generally aoe heavy and he sings a nice amount of paeon to sustain us both. Hold back aoe on a few waves if you find tp being a strain. Kill times will vary where you can aoe tremendously. Look at my ACT overlay for where aoe benefits me the most and take out the less beneficial aoes to sustain yourself.
i think i disagree with this. I RB all of wave 2-4 and use PB to spam RB on wave 4. I also RB on wave 7(4 dolls) unless i screwed my tp regen or i didn't get a goad. Then Wave 8 and 9 i RB very little. On 8 because our stack usually isn't tight enough for it to be very effective and on 9 we use lb.You don't need to spam RB that much. I typically RB a couple times on waves 2-4 each and one more time during the additional wave of adds in the middle of the 4 dolls. I only RB sparingly since as a monk I'm mainly responsible for burning priority adds fast. Doing RB every time there are still 3 or more adds up is overtaxing on tp. Save that for the ranged dps.

Guys a quick question about MNK dps in A1S. What should be our dps up to 1st jump?
Thanks

I honestly think its fine nothing wrong with 1350. I think if you're at 1300-1320(which was why I commented about the 1300-1350 ilv 198 comment) with ilvl 202 theres probably something not being optimized or really low crit RNG, but 1350(1340-1350 consistently) in my opinion is good with average crit rate. I'm at ilvl 201(ill have hands in 2 weeks if I get no drops again) and I can hit 1370s with high crits or medium and lucky crits(as in the majority of those crits are on the right abilities).
