More like you pay for October, they later say they ran into issues(the vacation was only one factor. According to Yoshida, they also had to fix something with the workflow) and it'll be delayed. You have full access to the rest of the catalog, but it won't be updated until November. You ask for a refund, they don't give you one because they legally don't have to due to what was stated in ToS.
