"OK, now that you've paid for October, we're actually just kidding and it will be in November. Peace."Lets see if I can come up with something actually fitting to the situation.
You have Cable TV. You're paying monthly for your TV channels. In the month of October nothing runs that interests you (lets say new movies) because cinematic movie release schedule was wonky this year.
Are you going to go complain to your Pay-TV company that nothing runs that interests you and you definitely want Mad Max Fury Road now instead of in November?
