I'm Not saying this is you but it is what I see from observation.

The biggest issue we have with people expressing their concerns is they do it with a attitude that gets them mostly overlooked.
when you act negatively and present yourself as a childish entitled brat that will happen.

I get it, there are some jerks about it, however I can't stand how any criticism gets dismissed, and the "UNSUB" argument. Come on!
