And the people that do 8 regional AND 8 local per reset get the shaft, which is perfectly acceptable to the player that just does 1 thing.

5 every 12 hours or 4 every 9 hours would be better for everyone.

Or just keep the 16 every 36 hrs and keep the accumulation part up to 99 leves...
