You need a parser to see someone's failing that hard in a four-man?
Then go make a preformed group and run it with that group. The DF is not your personal crucible.i'm here for my eso or drop, not to carry their lazy ass
No but the same could be said with your argument. Why are you against parsing when you can already tell when someone is terrible?
Nether is your. I shouldn't have to make a premade to expect people to know basic informations about their jobs. If you want a jolly cooperation slow run with no pressure, you make a premade
Here's the thing you are critically failing to understand.
Casual players, AKA the bad ones you hate? They are the lifeblood of this game. Being exceptional by its very nature makes you the minority whether you like it or not. The moment the majority of those players feel like this game is full of hostile assholes who kick them for not playing well enough? They stop playing, they stop paying, and poof. Your game is gone.
So yes, it does fall on you. And me. And everyone, to tolerate (or, gasp, try to help improve) subpar play.
Here"s the thing you fail to understand. Casuals doesn't mean bad. I have dozens of casual friends on my server who can both do well in savage and pull 1.1-1.2k+ in dungeons. There is a difference between casual and bad. Learn itHere's the thing you are critically failing to understand.

Okay look.
Nobody is arguing that you can't kick someone who's obviously playing so badly you can't pass through a simple dungeon.
If you're making it through just fine, however, and you still kick someone partway in because their numbers didn't please you? You deserve to have the book thrown at you.
As i said, if someone is in similar gear, which mean he has done part of savage at the very least and cannot pull reasonable numbers, this person is being lazy and expect other people to do most of the work for them. im not gonna spend 30-35minutes in fractal so im kicking that person. There's nothing else to argue about. The bad players can leave this game for all i care, that only mean less *pls nerf literally everything* thread on the general forumOkay look.

So to recap, you think
-30 minutes in a dungeon is intolerable
-Casual players are doing Savage despite the fact that at most 20% of people cleared T9, and
-Random people who cannot make parties should make parties rather than use the Duty Finder, the purpose of which is to compose a random party.
Wow.
Just wow.
I guess I'll have to take solace in the fact that the actual devs agree with me, and hope you get caught doing this.

This. SO much this.
Don't demonize parsers because of a few people that would abuse them. Knowing just how much DPS you're doing can be a stepping stone to learning how to improve and be. . . well, less "casual".
Then they aren't casuals if they're doing Savage
The problem with the word "Casual", is that the meaning of it differs a lot between people...
You say that if you're doing Savage, you're not a casual. Fair enough, but according to many players, casual is just a term used on players that doesn't spend very much time in the game, for various reasons. If you see it that way, it doesn't matter what you do in the game, the amount you play is all that matters. (pretty much)
Being a casual or hardcore player is most often based on how dedicated you are to a game. If you don't play very much every week, but do raiding a couple of times during that week, I would still consider that person casual... cause unless they study the game a ton when they aren't playing (or something like that), then they aren't as dedicated as someone who plays a lot more (whether that's by choice or just being busy, doesn't matter)
The ones that play very little, and aren't even dedicated enough to care about playing decently... well, they're "super casuals"... And IMO, those go into the "bad player" category, because it's not the time they spend on the game that is holding them back, it's just them being ignorant.
EDIT: Playing very little every week is kinda relative to how much there is to do in the game... Currently, most players would be casuals going by what I said, but that's just because there is so little to do right now. When Things like Relics and other more grind stuff comes out, you'll see who the casuals and the more hardcore really are.
