Need more ways to get gil

i was about to suggest spiritbonding crafting/gathering gears when you kill enemies and sell the materias but since you dont craft, you'll just end up spending more money on gears than what the materias would give you. But, if you do craft the gears yourself, there's some good money at the end.

we don't buy gears because we can get them for free from battle content.

the problem is we can't sell them for money. crafters can craft gears and sell it in the market, we fighters cannot sell gears we work hard to get them. they should add a new way to get gil from these gears. we can trade them for company seals but there's currently nothing in the GC shop that can be sold for good money.

That's a rather opinionated fact. Gathering and Crafting is all I do when I'm not raiding and I enjoy it a lot, making HQ stuff for friends or to sell is a blast!

this line is silly the only reason im broke is cause i leveled a crafting job there is no way i can see makeing gil out of this when you need to put so much gil into it its crazy

You're not trying very hard then...leveling crafting doesn't even take that much in comparison to the amount of gil you can get out of it solely from selling glamour prisms.
And if you start selling other things? Lawdy.

I mean crafting bores me to tears but I do genuinely love gathering...mining and fishing. I like mining and fishing. Mining for fish?

If you wanna go play other games, then do it? It takes about an hour to do expert roulette, set aside a day or two to raid. You're left with the rest of the week to do whatever.

Level desynth, it only takes 1 crafter job to 30. And you can turn those GC seals into retainer ventures, which can be turned into money stuffs.

i remember making 4 mil from just doing dailes and selling a bunch of crap i didn't need, over a few weeks. Making gill in this game honestly couldn't get any easier. as long as you aren't complete lazy mode. Or you want gill just handed to you like foolish players do (gill buying) Besides.. what is gill good for again? on yea, housing and glamours..

Sadly SE didn't <insertnotsonicewordhere> only crafters over with the red scrip system but combat focused players too...

I'd really like to buy those mats for 5-6k you buy with your tomes... i really would...

Again desynth. Level it up, stock up on law gear in your specialties for 3.1 when the it can be desynthed.

Good way? if we had a better way we seriously would be having gill handed to us, im talking 3-5k each mob on dungeons on something. there are lots of ways to make gill if you actually do things. standing in town, twindiling your thumbs and wishing you could make gill does not really help. But this topics attitude is the is one of the very reasons RMT will never go away.
