Exactly! Let's take the Gridanians for example. If I knew anything about this game when I first started playing it I would not have chosen Gridania as my starting city. I hate it and everything it stands for. They are full of slavish treehuggers who submit to elementals who they worship. Simply absurd!

If you played through some of the 1.0 story, you'd understand that the elementals are not ones to be f*cked with. Also remember that a single elemental caused a calamity. Elementals are the most powerful things on the planet that actually exist (and not require aether to sustain said existence like primals or the twelve).

I still don't like the slavish "servants of the elementals" archetype they have.
