In WoW, Mythic releases at the same time LFR does. You want to do it that way, go for it.

Staggering wing release won't work until full raids have more than four bosses because even *they* release 3 bosses at a time most of the time.

Most hardcore raiders don't raid for story anyway.
Why do you think it would be tuned in such a way that it'd expect savage raiders to need the gear from normal, where in this scenario it's released at a later date?

Also, I don't really care so much for the story, I just don't want to be forced to raid the same boss model 10-30 times before doing it on savage.
