No but you do have a lot more control over your mana.
As ast our mana regen falls into LA which is a long cd or praying to the gods that ewer comes at a right time or reserve it in a spread.

But you cant. You have to take everything into consideration. SCH mana recovery might not be idiot proof, but it sure is a lot better than AST mp recovery.
