With BW:
15s = 7 abilities = 2 combos of 190TP plus an addition 70TP = 450 spent, less 20% = 360 spent. Net -60TP

With old BW :
15 = 7 abilities = 2 combos of 190TP plus an additionnal 70TP = 450 TP spent. Recovery is 60TP every 3s, so 300 recovered for net -150TP.

So you "save" 90 TP every 40s, not that bad. Doesn't do anything when MT'ing though. But I guess you could pop some Unmend to keep your TP afloat.
